Information regarding the merger of Thiim A/S and Eltech Solutions A/S , 1 oktober 2026

Industry is evolving rapidly.

Digitalisation, automation, cybersecurity and increasing documentation requirements are making technical solutions more complex. At the same time, businesses are increasingly looking for partners capable of providing advice across multiple technologies without compromising specialist technical expertise.

Thiim A/S and Eltech Solutions A/S are therefore bringing together their expertise in a single company.

With effect from 1 October 2026, the two companies will merge and continue under the joint name:

The merger marks the beginning of a new chapter, bringing two specialist companies together as one organisation. This will make it easier for our customers and business partners to access our combined expertise and a broader range of technical capabilities through a single organisation.

Thiim | Eltech brings together expertise in:

· Automation and electromechanical solutions
· Industrial IT and OT cybersecurity
· Electrical components
· ATEX solutions
· Relays developed and manufactured in Denmark
· Electronics and thermal solutions
· Customised cable assembly and production

This means that, going forward, we will be able to provide advice and solutions covering everything from component selection and design to network infrastructure, automation, cybersecurity, specialist manufacturing, as well as our own product development and production.

Martin West will become Chief Executive Officer of Thiim | Eltech A/S, while Kenth Køhler will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
