The UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

The UN has put forth 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets, which all UN member states are obliged to follow. There is also a focus on promoting peace, safety and strong institutions, as well as strengthening international partnerships. The goal is to completely abolish poverty and hunger in the world, reduce inequalities, ensure good education and better health for all, decent jobs and more sustainable economic growth.
