Our Whistleblower Scheme
The importance of the Whistleblower Scheme
On the 17th of December 2021, a new law was passed to ensure that workplaces exceeding 50 employees are obliged to implement a whistleblower scheme. The purpose of the scheme is to protect employees and other stakeholders against negative consequences, should they choose to ‘whistleblow’ potential problems in the company.
At Eltech Solutions, we support a safe and secure working environment, making space to speak out about any illegalities and irregularities.
Our Whistleblower procedure
We believe that everyone should have the possibility to report critical conditions about Eltech Solutions. With our whistleblower scheme, we wish for a proactively approach, hereby reducing damages and unforeseeable cases in the company, should the report believe that Eltech Solutions violates the European Parliament and its own values.
Reports are initially requested by addressing a manager in our organisation. Should you perceive the information to be too sensitive to discuss with a manager, we offer an alternative in the form of a verbal- or written report completely anonymously.
The Reporting Process
Although all reports are not in need of evidence, the reports must be made in good faith. The whistleblower scheme is provided by an external partner WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre, to ensure anonymity. The Reporting Process is encrypted and password protected.
All reports are treated confidentially.
